Every property going on the market either for sale, or to let, must have an Energy Performance Certificate and the content of the EPC is set down in legislation.

Floor Plans
Producing and EPC requires us to complete a basic floor plan so that we can work out the property floor area and the ‘Heat Loss Perimeter’. It make sense to produce the property, marketing, floor plan at the same time as producing the EPC. Our preferred software choice is Plan Up.

Property websites such as Rightmove and Prime Location have conducted research with buyers that confirmed that properties with photos get 79% more interest than those without and additional photos increase click through rate by 15%. The better the quality image the better the response!
So why then is it that 1,000’s of properties marketed on the web have no main image? and 1000’s also only have one or two images. 70% of images also look like they have been taken with a basic compact camera.
